*** Attendance at Plenary Events is open to all registrants. Seating at specific concurrent (breakout) sessions are at a first-come-first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available through February 28, 2010. Cancellations made March 1 to March 15 will receive 50% of initial purchase rate(s). No refunds after March 15, 2010. A 9% processing fee will be deducted from the purchase amount.

** All registrants who purchase at the LMIC Professional rate (US$100) will need to provide a BILLING ADDRESS from an LMIC country. Those who register at the reduced rate but cannot provide required information will be asked to pay the difference with the professional rate before being allowed access to the conference and conference materials.

* All registrants who purchase at the LMIC Student rate (US$50) will need to forward a copy of proof of student status to the INSP (email to: saludglobal@correo.insp.mx). Proof of student status may include a current and valid copy of student ID or a letter signed by the Academic Dean. Those who register at the reduced rate but cannot present proof a student status will be asked to pay the difference with the professional rate (US$50 difference) before being allowed access to the conference and conference materials.

Special sessions available to students of global health. This is a student-run program with sessions designed to address global health issues from the perspective of soon to be young professionals. Career Clinic seats are extremely limited. Please indicate your interest to attend when you register.

2 - Student / Faculty Mixer - supported in part by The Lancet - April 10
At the midway point of conference events, join us at the student mixer for tomorrow's global health leaders and professionals. This is a casual 1.5 hour meet-and-greet where students, faculty and professionals are invited to mingle.
