This very special 3-day event is a combined production of the 18th Annual GHEC Conference and the 7th Annual Western Regional International Health Conference and will be hosted at the University of Washington in Seattle, April 3 – 5, 2009.


We have a total of 45 tables available for exhibitors, details are as follows:

* However, to have your institution included in the conference program/syllabus, register by February 28, 2009.


GENERAL EXHIBITORS (April 4 & 5, 2009)

We have 22 available spots for exhibitors to display materials and discuss their work with an anticipated audience of approximately 1,000, including about 700 students of global health from a diverse array of health disciplines.

 

TABLING DETAILS

Tabling Capacity: 22
Who Should Exhibit: Programs and institutions with a Global Health focus

Student Audience: approximately 750

Tabling Time: 10 hours of designated tabling time
Provisions: 6 ft table, 2 chairs (bring only displays that fit on a 6 ft table), breaks and lunches

* 2 representatives maximum
* First come and first serve


Rates:    
$500:
Post-graduate Programs (ex. Residencies, Nursing, PA, etc.)

$300: Global Health Organizations (Humanitarian, Language Schools, Publishing Houses)

$50: Non-profits organizations in the Pacific Northwest* with valid 501(3c)
         * Pacific Northwest = In US: Alaska, Oregon, Washington; In Canada: British Columbia, Yukon Territory 


SPECIAL PACKAGE
- Post-Graduate Programs that are GHEC members qualify for half-price exhibiting rate of $250.
- Post Graduate Programs that are *non-GHEC members* qualify for half-price membership rate of $250.

 
BY INVITATION OR APPLICATION (Exhibiting on April 3, 2009)

We are premiering a first ever GHEC Career Clinic on April 3rd  --  a series of sessions assisting health students’ endeavors to enter the world of global health practice. This extra day of tabling is available to 23 programs/institutions with messages pertaining specifically to the professional growth of students interested in global health. These 23 exhibitors must have received an invitation or have applied to this extra Career Clinic showcase. April 3 exhibitors are expected to continue tabling through April 4 & 5 (see details above). ** There is no additional cost for April 3 tabling.

Who Should Exhibit: Exhibitors whose message directly addresses global health students’ career building needs.

Student Audience: approximately 200

Tabling Time: Unlimited time will be allotted for exhibitors on April 3

* April 3 exhibitors are expected to continue tabling through April 4 & 5.
